Champagnes that really reflect the region of Champagne from which they come. Happy hour oysters were such a deal. The home-made ricotta is nothing short of... extraordinary - I recommend adding it to whatever other charcuterie or meal you may be getting! Quite a poor experience… we had a wine testing class at the Union Square location at the back of the bar. The noise from the... guests was defeating! Even with her mike, we could barely hear Amber.
