If you are looking for a familiar and, dare I say, cozy eating experience in New York City Cozy's scratches that itch perfectly.... The staff were very friendly despite being packed and accommodated our large group quickly. The food wasn't anything special, but that's not a bad thing. It was the burger you'd get from a diner in your hometown. Cozy's is a little slice of home in theBig Apple. (Turkey burger pcitured) Read more

Cozy is hands down my favorite burger in NYC. Been going here for years. Sad to see how high prices have gone though because of... what?s happening to the neighborhood? The burgers are huge and they steam them so they aren?t greasy. Friendly staff, coolold-school atmosphere, and steak fries! Fun fact: Cozy is Adam Sandler?s favorite burger joint. Read more

If there are places that I want to dine in for soup in the winter this would be one of those places. It's in close proximity to... bus and subway lines making it easy to get here during a polar vortex or snowstorm. The split pea soup with croutons wasdelicious and filling. I look forward to come here to try the other soups. Read more

Great diner, been in business 50 years. I ordered a Mozzarella Burger, our awesome waiter suggested the pizza burger and I'm so... glad he did. It was so delicious! Definitely a great place to eat! Read more

Chili was amazing. Not thickened at all, very tasty. Beef seasoned perfectly. Not sure what the other review was about, maybe... the wrong diner because this is great! Read more

Was on vacation and after leaving a tourist attraction needed a quick place to grab something to eat. So many places to choose... from in NYC but decided in. Chose this diner & I wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly, clean on the inside, laid backenvironment with a few tv's going, and there was a big selection of food to order from the menu. I was happy with the portion ofthe meal for the price and it tasted great. Read more

Been around since the early 70s, the Onion soup was amazing, the grilled cheese with tomato was alright (the American cheese... slices weren't melted at all, had a waxy texture and bland taste). Service was friendly and on New Years day, exactly thekind of experience I was looking for. The not NYC not fancy diner vibe. Read more

Great old time diner for soups and conversation with the owner John! I haven't had a chance to try other items on the menu but... can imagine being equally great. I recommend the split pea soup, the matzo ball soup, chicken soup. Read more
