Terrible customer service, I go into the store and the workers know I?m here but take a whole ten minutes to come to the... register. SUPER chintzy with the toppings. A double order of sausage on a large pie for example, is only 10 small pieces or so, which is... stingy enough for a single order but a real ripoff for a double order. If one of your toppings is onions or tomatoes, there areso few of them you there isn't enough for one piece per slice. Double cheese is exactly the same as no extra cheese. And it'salways been this way, not just on the most recent orders. I've never been to any other Domino's except for this one so can'tcompare. I just know that this one is a rip-off. Read more
I don't even understand how they can call this food. I ordered the Marinara Cheese dip and I received about 2mm of burnt cheese... stuck to a metal plate. This is absolutely ridiculous! When I went to report the problem the form was not working, it keptsaying there was an error and to try again. Now, I try a day later and it works, but the window to report problems is over. FORREAL? I'm convinced that the Delivery Insurance is a joke and they probably make it "error" until the window to report issuescloses. Read more
Our local Dominos's (West 72nd Street) is great. We always get fast & friendly service with delicious tasting food.

I bought the 3 topping pizza, 15.99$. I have to say that it is better than expected. The garlic bread that comes with it it is... also god. Not 5 stars because when I went in there it was not a very nice place to stay and wait for the order. Read more
I've gone to this domino's many times with my fiancé, today my fiancé came in to order a lava cake at 7:45pm and she received... the worse customer service by an older hispanic employee and we plan on sharing this information and what was said with hire up. Read more
