The customer service here is horrible. They have absolutely no regard for people waiting and continue to show attitude even when... it?s their mistake. I ordered a pizza without cheese (have a dairy allergy) from here yesterday and they still put cheese on it,which is fine cause mistakes happen. But the worker didn?t even apologize and looked annoyed that he had to make the pizza againcorrectly. Ideally this is would be fine but the same exact instant with the same worker happened the following week. Theydon?t read the orders correctly and lack compassion and even general interest in their customers. This specific worker was sorude and kept saying we only waited 4 mins for him to redo the pizza (we waited 15-20). Read more

Disappointing experience. Arrive to collect the order, and one of the pizzas handed to me was completely wrong. Before another... pizza was being made, transpired there was a mix up with another order. Had I not checked the pizza before leaving, both mineand another order would have been wrong. Left with the correct pizza order in the end. Pizza tasted fine, but the cinnamontwists were awful. Could taste it had been contaminated with meat and garlic residue. Convinced it contained pieces of garlic inthe twists, but could be mistaken. Absolutely awful. Avoid. Read more
One thing that you can always count on Dominos for is their terrible service and rude attitude from miserable employees. Order... for pick up and it is not ready in 2 hours. When it is ready, it?s missing stuff. Never do I ever wanna be at a dominos again. Read more
This one is the worst! Not only does it not smell like pizza when you enter. They're slow......I mean slow. Don't go there on... your lunch hour and unless you place it 15-20 mins before. Read more
$5.99 special is not true. My pizza was $5.99, but my boneless chicken is charges $8.49! 3 chicken and 1 medium pizza was over... $43 before my tip! Thanks for the past, but never again, especially when you advertise $5.99 chicken. I could order a largepizza and 20 piece chicken tenders from a local shop and wouldn't have the ridiculous $7.00 delivery charge on top of the tip! Read more
It?s dominos, so the bar and expectations is set at dominos level. Not going to compare it to the regular nyc pizza joints bc... it?s not them; it?s dominos. I usually get dominos on very particular occasions, namely when it?s late at night and I?ve beendrinking and am starving but the other local pizza shops are either already closed or packed with people who have also been outdrinking trying to get food like me. That?s when I turn to dominos because app ordering is easy breezy and food is usually readyin 20 minutes tops. It?s quick, it?s cheap, it?s reliable. Read more
I didn't get my meal, please give me the money back, because it takes time to get on and off the elevator in the inpatient... department, the hospital has an access control system, you need to register when you get in and out, and then their deliverystaff didn't give you time to go down and get the meal, they drove away directly, I tried to call them, but their service was sobad that they refused to answer the phone, and the merchants refused to answer the phone.
