I am a big fan of Dos Toros, I always had great experience at the midtown stores, but this store?s bowl was pure disappointment.... The rice was cold, some of them were just hard as stone, the chicken was cold, seemed like everything was just sitting aroundfor a while, even though I bought the bowl around dinner time of 6pm. Very poor service. I've noticed over the past few months, as a regular customer, the service has dropped dramatically. The staff... are rude, unfriendly, and any request is like asking them to move a mountain. So much so that I actually walked out withoutcompleting my meal due to how poor the service was on my last visit. I won't be returning. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous place. Got to the front of the queue (eventually) only to be told the order I wanted to place (steak... asada) was being reserved for only delivery orders. So if you walk in and try and order it, tough luck. What kind of insanebusiness strategy is that?! Avoid. Read more
This place is better than Chipotle, but Saturday staff at the Maiden Lane location need some training. Acting sloppy, they were... out of Steak and other ingredients. Didn't know how to make the quesadilla, they tried to put rice and beans in thinking it wasa burrito. Didn't know how to fold the quesadilla and liquid leaking out everywhere into the bag. I catered lunch today from Dos Toros. Door Dash left the entire order on the street and it was stolen. Willy at Dos Toros was... amazing!!! He quickly re made the order, was so kind and helpful!! The food was delicious and he saved the day! Read more
I?ve ordered a couple of times, first time there wasn?t an issue and the food was good but in the second order they completely... messed my burrito order up, adding the items I said to exclude and forgetting to add cheese. Pretty disappointed, may go back inperson but won?t be ordering delivery again. Read more

Not bad. Food was fairly good. Just need to liven up the atmosphere. Just feels too dead and maybe add more sitting real estate.
