Gustavo H, is the nastiest worker I?ve encountered within this chain. I placed two orders online both of the same order (one my... google account) and one from the dos toros website. When I walked into this establishment I was met with dirty looks from theworkers as I told them that I was there for pickup . He then proceeded to give me my food by tossing it in front of me. Inoticed I was only given one bowl and informed him I had place two separate orders online and I?m still missing another bowl. Hethen questioned me and asked to see my receipt in which I showed him, and assumed there would be no issue after that. He keptquestioning me as to what my name was on the order and told me there was no order there with my name. There were 3 BAGS readyfor pick up, 2 of them being mine. Was it really that difficult to figure it out when my phone number showed on both bags? Nastyservice and below average food, avoid coming here. Read more
I ordered online, waited for 25 minutes just to get the wrong order. They said they didn?t have the meat I ordered but I was... looking right at it. I pointed the meat out and she told me to wait. I am currently waiting 15 minutes for three tacos.Ridiculous. Read more
Amazingly awesome New Verde Chicken!!! They blew my mind when they offered crushed chips as a topping. I was teetering between... nachos or a bowl and that option gave me the best of both worlds!!! Read more
Dos Toros Taqueria is our favorite Mexican fast food compared to other chains. We were excited for their 10 year anniversary... celebration - 2 entrees for $10 but ended up leaving disappointed. We had their salad with carnitas, nacho with carne asada andbowl with pollo asada as we always did. The quality of food was still decent and fresh. However, the portion for each orderyesterday was much smaller than before especially for our nacho with only little beef that we felt extremely difficult to findin our bowl. We will still visit Dos Toros if we are eager to have Mexican fast food but our advice is do not have anyexpectation for their special event. Read more
Great spot for tacos. Found them to be tasty. I enjoyed the chicken tacos to have a much better flavor that carne asada. Kind of... like a better testing Chipotle. Guacamole very good, chips OK. Habinero salsa excellent. Recommended. Read more
Had a terrible experience with lunch here yesterday. Got a vegetable bowl and it basically contained spicy peppers only. The... heat literally burned my mouth and stomach.. the food used to be usually nice but I don't know who's in charge of chillies inthe kitchen these days!! Read more
