This refresher drink was not refreshing at all. I felt stressed, anxiety, depressed and like a gun was being held to my head... when I drank this. I don?t know if they put some STDs or drugs in it but I never want to see this in my sight again. P.S. theice looks like Bowser teeth. Read more

I?m a big fan of Dunkin? but for this particular locations I have my reservations. ?Why?? You may ask. Unfortunately, it... depends on who assists you. If you go in the mornings, there is a gentleman who lacks customer?s skills, who will not smile ormake you feel welcome. He even gives you an attitude if hesitate too long while ordering. In the other hand, the rest of thestaff is very nice and courteous. Even the lady who assists him is a sweetheart, always with a smile, and making sure that as acustomer I?m happy. Another downside to this location is that this is a busy gas station. At times many cabs go in to chat andleave their cars parked at the pump for 10 to 15 minutes and you don?t have a place to pull over to pickup your order. Read more

The worst service I have ever had in Dunkin Donuts. They should fire the person serving at 5pm. She has the worst attitude and... serbice. I?m a loyal Dunkin? customer and while I will NEVER step foot in this location again I will go to others if treated better than... I was here. I used on the go mobile ordering for what was supposed to be a quick visit in and out. I walked in to find my ordernowhere to be found. I waited a few more minutes. The employees all ignored my request to check on my mobile order. Maleemployee said, ?check your phone. Nothing came through.? I showed him my phone with the receipt that had the time, date,location all correct. These employees refused to make coffee I PAID for. Male employee then blames ME that it?s something wrongon my end! I work in customer service and the first rule is you NEVER blame the customer. I couldn?t believe my ears when hecontinued to blame my phone for the problem even though I had a receipt and money taken out of my account. Unbelievable! Ifthere?s ever a technical malfunction ON THEIR END be prepared to beg for the coffee you already paid for. In all, it took over20 minutes to get my drink.
