Ok this is the only spot in the heights where one can stay for hours charge a phone and yes even sleep in or take a nap if... needed. In fact there is one such guy who basically lives in the store and helps with small cleaning jobs, customeraccessibility with holding doors for them and for most of all controlling or letting stranglers or beggars or any trouble tostay clear from the store which keeps things safe for customers staff and the others who just sent to sit in and stay low andavoid any drama. The reason for the 4/5 rating is the annoying just dumbfounded remarks and action this live-in guy does makinghim grow egotistical by the day to to his acceptance from staff and his role. However sometimes you just sent to tell him tosettle down and remind him of reality. This bothers me because his interference brings my lay low scene to be dramatic andeventful with employees jointing in and then it ends. However those annoying two minutes boils your blood. But like I saidthis spot had been key on some nights when I needed my phone charged and a nap takes over after days of WHATEVER. THE ONLY PLACEIN THE HEIGHTS TO ALLOW THIS SO THIS PLACE GETS MY RESPECT. Read more

It was an awful experience. I tried the new holiday coffee + the mini pancakes. The pancakes tasted like stale Ritz crackers +... I'm not sure what type of coffee beans were used to brew the coffee. It was AWFUL... I threw everything away. Read more
I ordered a croissant with cream cheese. The croissant barely had cream cheese so I ask for jelly and the guy gave me a attitude... and ask me to pay extra while the lady who made it just ignored me. I usually go to a lot of Dunking put this one needs bettercustomer service. Read more
I been going to dunking donuts for years since I really enjoy they hot chocolate and they sandwich , recently I stop to this... particular location and order a hot chocolate and a turkey power sandwich , but the sandwich dint look edible and dint looklike any other sandwich that I have eaten before , but when I try to ask the employee she gave me a very nasty attitude and byno mean she was interested in giving me another sandwich she said is nothing wrong with that sandwich and that she can't give arefund or another sandwich I felt discriminated by this person and is sad that such good place is being run by people who has nobusiness in doing customers services . The service is horrible- although the hours says closing at 10. I came a little before 8 and was refused hot food. The... miserable guy working behind the counter said ? no more food?. The on national coffee day after using my Dunkin? app- couldn?tget my free coffee. Not to mention all the homeless sleeping on the counters and harassing customers inside the store.
