Their customer service is terrible ???? I just experienced an unprofessional association with a worker that refused to assist... me with an dunking advertisement,for a dunking perk. And when I ask to speak to the manager he claim there was no manager onduty which is super unprofessional. Croissant was burnt. The clerk handing out orders dropped my receipt, as she handed it to me. She turned and kept going.... Luckily, I was able to retrieve it without losing my hot beverage. 3/18/2022 I asked for a frozen chai with 2 pumps of caramel.My receipt said iced chai. I pointed this out, the lady and I go back and forth. She talks to the man and I walk out with aWHITE beverage, Vanilla spice (after she adjusted for the caramel that she forgot). Chai is BROWN. A frozen chai with no flavorsyrup is BROWN. I just need to go somewhere else. The convenience does not make up for the service. Grilled cheese sandwich was melted cheese. Bread wasn't toasted. Asked for it to be fixed or refunded. The fix was plastic in... the remade sandwich.The lady Manger was disgustingly rude. Had to bring policeman in for refund. Tried to call # on receipt justto get no answer. Read more
