Horrible horrible service. I tell my order correctly to the cashier. Lady that makes my coffee does it wrong. She does it wrong... for a second time and gives me attitude for it. Lately at this Dunkin' location, I've been handed the wrong orders, even though I order it on the app so there should be no... confusion. Now I've learned to check my orders carefully before leaving, which saves me the frustration of discovering theirmistake after walking home. Read more
My hot coffee was cold and they charge additional for flavors at this location. On my list of Dunkins to run past.

This is for the new Dunkin Donuts on 103rd and Lexington. We work as Essential workers at the Hospital and just came in for the... 2 dollar medium drinks "all day". The man was really rude to us after we waited outside on line to tell us we can't get itthere. We showed him the email and he stated he didn't care, "we cant get it there". A tremendous place to drop in for a quick donut or roll when you?re in a hurry to get somewhere. The selection is awesome,... service is fast and friendly, the pastries are very good, and lots of people say that the coffee is perfect. Great to have a dunkin in the neighbor but this crew does everything wrong i been here 20 years but the past 3 years its been... horrible nasty coffee burnt food that you can even bite into cause its hard yet i continue to spend my money there and never geta chance cto return the food please check your food before you leave just to make sure its cooked right its very common here smh Read more
