Sometimes I think they are really just to busy and the lines get really backed up as it such a small store. I would reccomend... ordering for pickup, or maybe some way they could get some extra help Read more

I ordered 5 donuts, 3 pumpkin and 2 apple (around 8 dollars worth of donuts) but was given 3 munchkins and 2 apple donuts... instead. When I returned after realizing about 10 minutes later to ask for a proper substitution instead of 99 cents worth ofmunchkins, they took the donuts I had paid for and touched out of the bag and put them BACK ON THE SHELF?! In pandemic no less!!I ended up getting my donuts back and a couple glazed donuts to substitute the pumpkin but I?m mortified at the lack of commonsanitary sense shown, as well as the way whoever filled my mobile order believed 99 cents worth of munchkins is at all a validsubstitute for 5 dollars worth of donuts. The man who runs the store is wonderful and always very reasonable but when he isn?tthere the other employees don?t seem to care at all Read more

My family and I are Dunkin connoisseurs and everyday visit this chain. My mom and my sister love the iced teas from there and... get at least 3-5 a day. Whenever I am staying at my folks place I stop by this Dunkin on my way to work or school and always getmy usually iced or hot (depending on the weather) medium coffee with cream. Along with that I have gotten food from this branchand other types of drinks like hot chocolates and flavored teas as well. The staff there are extremely friendly and for thelocals in the area who are visiting this branch of Dunkin everyday like my family and I, they remember the orders. It is a verysmall place and can be hectic around 8-830 am when everyone is rushing to get to wherever they need to go. However, the staffare extremely friendly and sometimes will throw in some free donuts to us if it is getting towards the end of the day, and offerfree donuts to young children as well, because as we know kids love sweets. It makes me sad to see all of these negative reviewsabout this Dunkin chain. But if you are in the 80's UES area on York Avenue, definitely do not hesitate to go into this Dunkin. Read more

This is the 2 time i tried doughnuts here. Stale and hard! You can get fresher doughnuts at 7/11. I would rather take an hour... out of my day and the train to Krispy Kreme then eat food from here again. Read more

On more than one occasion I have come to this location in the morning (between 8:30 am and 9:00 am); I ordered a bagel and upon... biting it found it to be either hard as a rock and completely stale, or the cream cheese was nearing its expiration date whichmade me physically sick after consumption. The staff at this location are fine, however it seems like they don't pay mind to thedates of expiration on their pastries/bagels and other dairy products. I Gave this location a couple of chances but will not bereturning. Read more

Ordered three items (two donuts and a bagel) and all three of them were slightly stale. In fairness, it was 4pm and this is a... small location, so maybe they don't have frequent enough turnover throughout the day to keep pastries fresh like largerlocations. Read more
