The store manager at this location say?s they can?t make a Cappuccino with half and half. All other locations can do it no... problem, Starbucks, no problem, the corner Deli, no problem, my mini frother at home, no problem. Today I tried it again, mybarista nemesis was nowhere to be seen. And I mean she gave me so much attitude over it the last time that I stop going in fora year. Again no, so I say fine do what you can and just add little milk since I want coffee with milk and not the other wayaround and this what I get ?. all milk! Service bad, Attitude BAD!!! This place is actually the absolute worst. I just waited an hour to get my order from Uber eats when it said ?20/30 min... delivery?. i was hoping to eat or having coffee before my early shift. They cancelled it?!?!?! I?m late for work now, i have notime to go somewhere else and this is just cruel and unusual punishment. The woman preparing coffee dropped the empty cups and just picked them up and put them back in the holder to distribute coffee... to customers. Not ok! My coffee was barely sweet and I paid for sweetener, the woman acted as though it was trouble to addsweetener I requested. Not cool Read more

Lines can be long in the morning. But orders are always taken correct. Coffee fresh at all times. Staff is pleasant. Parking is... not good though. Could order ahead. And they give a 10% discount to Hospital employees. They know we need our coffee lol Read more
