I order from here a lot when I'm at work - utilizing the Dunkin app to preorder stuff and just run down the block to pick it... up... But they are great even if you just walk in - friendly and usually pretty fast ???? Read more

Don?t ever order from this place. They are the worst. Almost every item was a substitute and very badly packaged. They stuffed... all items (donuts, hash browns, breakfast sandwich) into paper bags. Everything was soggy and disgusting. Stay away! Read more

first I would not even give a star To begin with I would not recommend this dunkin donuts to anyone. poor services and the guy... who took my order was rude , has no respect for the customers. I asked a simple question about the morning breakfast , he toldme I shouldn't be asking questions because its early in the morning and that if I want to order something now or basically don'torder at all. Today I had a horrible experience. I ordered a large ice coffee and the man made a hot coffee. Instead of fixing my beverage he... said that's a trick. I said sir I ordered a ice coffee he said you didn't and people do that every day to get the drinkcheaper. I standing there in a suit. I said I do have to cheat you I have a job. Very disappointing experience on Sunday around noon. After paying for coffee and donut, the lady working behind the counter was... struggling with the coffee machine to provide the pumpkin latte we ordered. She tried over and over to prepare the milk, withoutsuccess... during the ordeal, she abandoned the sanitary precaution and started wearing her mask under her nose, while trying tofroth milk... under her nose! So disrespectful of the health of customers, we left without coffee without reimbursement. Twostars because at least the donut saved the day. Read more

Ordered a latte at 3:23 pm on a Monday. Maybe about 5 people in line ahead of me when I entered and by the time I ordered... another 5 behind me. After waiting for my latte for about 10 minutes I noticed almost all of the other customers had beenserved. Watching the guy working the latte machine steaming the milk I noticed he was NOT cleaning off the nozzles betweensteaming (which is rule #1 for anyone who's ever worked in any coffee house that uses those). Predictably now - the machine wasclogged and not working properly. Another 10 minutes go by as I watch both him and presumably the manager standing there justlooking at the machine saying that it needed to be rebooted. (Still not taking the time to clean off the nozzles.) After 20minutes total of waiting for a latte that was going to be cold anyway (they'd already poured the espresso and it was sitting inthe cup in front of them) I just asked for cold milk so I could leave. People continued to order latte based drinks in themeantime and they weren't told about the problem. Worked in a coffee shop for 10 years. I get that sometimes the machinesbreak - but at least *pretend* you know how to fix it - offer to make the customers something else - and don't just stand theresilently waiting for a machine to magically fix itself after 20 minutes.
