The manager is impressive. My ticket said that his name was Tariq but he may have been logged in at the register under someone... else. He helped me with a catering order that was waiting for me when I got there this morning. As I stood in line I listened tohis interactions with his customers and he literally knew something about each one; sandwich no cheese, almond milk correct?,you don't come on Thursday mornings was a conversation with another guest. Like really impressive hospitality. I'm in the biz sojust thought he deserved a shout out. Very efficient, very friendly. Dunkin take notice, associates like this are hard to find. Read more

I ordered through the Dunkin app and when I got there to pick it up, the people working there looked at me blankly like they... didn?t know what I was talking about. The food I ordered was COLD and mind you I got there 10min after I sent the order. Thedrink order wasn?t prepared. The worker told me with an attitude that they did not have matcha, but the app says it wasavailable. I asked for a refund she told me to contact the 800 # and I asked her what it was and she said she didn?t know. Iasked for a substitute, maybe tea she offered me iced coffee. I told her I didn?t drink coffee. It was too early to argue withher so I just took iced coffee. Geez. Read more
This place is hit or miss when it's open on time. RARELY are they open at 6 am. It's 630 and the place is still dark. I... purchased a hot pumpkin macchiato way around 7 am and i walked out. About 2 blocks down I tasted it and it was cold. Theemployee did not heat the milk up enough. Why would you turn the machine off, is not like you are there on a stove. Sheliterally turned the machine off before it was able to hear the milk. That's absurd. Read more

This location is not clean and workers are rude. Also they have outlets but one of them work. I just went across to Starbucks... and got good service and charged my laptop to do my work. Read more
