I gotta say Dunkin donuts is going to lose my business. I am frustrated how the staff here don't listen even after repeating my... order twice. I ask for dar coffee with just a drop of cream. Everytime i order online they ignore my order. They always ask me what the name is for the mobile order when they see me waiting... as if i dont come everyday, and act like they arent supposed to have it ready when i get there. I can understand 5-10 minutes,but when the store is empty and i still have to get their attention to start my order is ridiculous. I order all the time around9:00, its always a wait. 10-15 minutes waiting for coffee.. They never have large straws, my straw falls into the drink and ihave to pull it out, they dont have bavarian cream donuts. Read more
Coffee taste like engine fuel. Donuts are so sweet. If they add 10% of the amount of sugar they put in those donuts it should... still be sweet enough. Enjoy box-o-joe and become a diabetic. Read more
This location is in the LGA airport. It took me 20 minutes to place and receive 2 bagels and a hot chocolate. They had zero... cards for people attempting to catch a flight. There was only 1 person ringing and 3 people in the back doing busy work, notorders. Of course I said something, by then line was out the store and one of the other employees decided to help!
