This store didn't let me use a gift card I had, claiming it was invalid. They said they tried multiple times as I was sure... there was value on the card. I ended up paying in full. I then checked the gift card balance and it had the proper funds, as Iknew it did. They simply didn't want to let me use it. I'm not sure why they did this, but it is extremely shady and I wouldavoid this location in the future. Read more
Don?t go there for waste your important time., multiple day I got same answer we cleaned our machine latte, macchiato etc are... not available.I have suggestion for management closed this store or remove those item from menu list, or change your lazy workertaking money but, doing nothing ???? It's bad for business when a restaurant won't let you use the restroom for paying customers.
Says they open at 5 which is untrue since by 6:30 you still will be unable to order breakfast, because there kitchen is not... ready. Very poorly managed. Read more
I wish a had taken a picture beforehand (I didn't plan on writing a review). But I just wanted to point out that your experience... really depends on the server. Yesterday, my small iced coffee with extra skim milk was great, not watery, since it wasn't overiced and they server was so kind and attentive, Her name was Tanzina I believe from the receipt. She was asked if my orderlooked fine with that amount of milk and I was pleased. BUT TODAY.. different story, the server in at that moment put too muchice and it ended up tasting super diluted. Quality-wise it's your average Dunkin location, but there's absolutely no wait on weekend mornings unlike my closer location, so... I'll seek it out for that. Read more
