Very rude young lady that is taking orders. She kept saying my order incorrectly when telling her partner what to make for... me(ordered iced green tea). I kept correcting her, but she ignored me, and I was given the incorrect tea. When I told her, shegot smart and said ?You just said tea? and acted mad. I told her I said ?green tea? 3 times. No worries. I won?t go back to thatlocation, corporate knows about the poor service, and I got 200 points added to my app, as a result. Thankfully, there areplenty of other Dunkin locations to visit. I understand they have to take those who wait in line orders ahead of mobile orders. However, it takes forever to make a mobile... order. They need more workers. I?ve waited so long just to get a pickup order that I thought would be quick. The more peoplethat come into the line, the workers start to forget the mobile order. I might as well just stand in line.
