Scammed and stole extra money from my credit card... yesterday was national coffee day and Dunkin Donuts was giving out free... coffee with the condition of a purchase... I purchased a donut and the coffee should be free... instead they charged my creditcard double... I am now going to place a claim and report this to the authorities. Read more
Very poor service. The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. They made fun of us. They were literally pointing at us,... while laughing and making comments between themselves in their mother tongue. Also, they made a mistake with our order andfirstly gave us 1 coffee less and later served my coffee with sugar despite I asked for one without it. The staff should bere-trained not only how to work but also how to respect people. Read more
man. worst experience at dunking ever. Workers were rushing me for my order. yelling at me to hurry up. as someone who works in... the restaurant industry this is extremely unprofessional behavior, leading to an unpleasant experience. I recommend walking afew blocks to find a good dunking. I don't know how management allow this to happen at all. Read more
Donuts and coffee. Original blend is really good for the price. The Boston kreme is good, but old fashioned is terrible.
There is maybe two good employees here.I work at the terminal in the am when the woman come they have very nasty attitudes as if... they don?t want to be here.NOW FOR THE EVENING AND LATE NIGHT CREW ITS VERY DISGUSTING HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS,They don?t knowhow to make drinks properly.If it?s not the young men making drinks run.They will use old expresso and top it off with new one,if your from yamin, Pakistan etc you get free drinks and treated kindly EVEN DOWN THE MANGERS! Be very careful with this location. This is now the 3rd time I've caught them adding extra items to my order so they can charge... more, even after the worker repeated the order back to me. Make sure you check your receipt everytime. Read more
