Waited 20 minutes for my order, ended up being wrong order.
The ladies that work there if you pay Close attention. WORST DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS EVER!!! THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL....And quite honestly most likely racist!! One... worker named Jasim customer service was so bad that I simply walked out after paying because I couldn't deal with them anymore!! A moderate dunkin for midtown. My friend and i liked the food and they toasted my muffin. However, her coffee was burned and... they toasted my muffin with the wrapper on. I'll probably return out of convenience. Read more
The only reason I am giving one star is because I am not able to give 0 star. This is the worst store, one of the lady's who... make the coffees can never get your order right and I feel like she does whatever she wants. You ask for cream, she adds milk,you ask for a pump of caramel of caramel, she adds 4 pumps of caramel etc. Is the worst. Today she attempted to make my coffeetwice and got the order wrong both times. I had to walk out of the store without my coffee after it was paid, because shecannot make a simple medium latte with cream and 1 pump of caramel. Terrible. Have come a few times, orders have been constantly wrong when ordering in person or in the app. There is no customer... service and it?s always slow! Guess I just need to go to a different one in the future. Read more
