I had ordered online 10 mins before I got to the store. Not knowing the layout. I asked an employee where the online pick up... was. He said they don't have online pick up. I tried showing him my order but he said I have to wait in line to order.Aggravated, I waited inline bc I had ordered 4 drinks. When I spoke to the cashier, she said the guy who I spoke to is makingonline orders. I look at the guy with pure disgust when he took the stickers for the drinks. He said that he was busy when Iasked him. So why did he just brush me off. I had to wait another 20 mins in the store bc he had to make drinks that were onback order. Worst service ever Read more

This is so disappointing? I?ve been coming to this Dunkin for a long time and been getting the same drink all the time. I go in... today and ordered the same drink as usual like most of the time they forget to add the whipped cream and cinnamon. So I askedkindly if they could add it, like I always do, but today the lady that was attending me said that she couldn?t do it unless Ipay an additional .70 cents. I told her that I?ve been ordering this drink for two years and I?ve never been charged. She said,it?s a new rule! I returned the drink and ask for a refund. She didn?t do the refund but took the money out the cashier andgave it to me. This is ridiculous and I am putting a complaint also to headquarters. Read more
I decided to try their new Grilled Cheese Melt WITH! Forest Black Ham and the lady tries to give me a regular grilled cheese and... I?m like ?uh I asked for ham? so she proceeds to open the same grilled cheese and adds the ham and this is what I got. One tinypiece of ham in this big sandwich like you?ve got to be kidding me. Highlight of this spot is that it?s 24hrs and it has a restroom. FYI an spot in the city that is open 24hrs is going to have... certain issues. That?s the price you pay to be able to come here at 2am. But really it?s nothing worth complaining too muchover. Every time I come here the workers are kind and serve me with a smile (granted I mainly come to this location at night).Outside seating is pretty messy but ample and good enough to sit and have a cup of coffee. IAvoid this location. t a takes too long just to get coffee as they process coffee orders with food orders with 1 person working... in the back. Cashier should serve coffee orders right at the counters so people who only want coffee can get out fast just likemany other dunkin donut locations do. Read more
