Ignored app orders. Very slow. It should be faster to order ahead, but not in this location.
Give these people a break. They get abused and yelled at and then continue to be nice and try. It's a Dunkin Donuts ffs. It's... ran by great and kind people. Order is always fast, correct, and ready to go. (Also one of the few DD in the immediate area that doesn't close at 5p
The worst I stopped by at 11:30AM today , cashier " baby " was working slowly it was only 1 person ahead of me and myself... waiting to order as I'm ordering she looked at me confused as I'm giving her my order not only in the middle of repeating myorder she has the audacity to pick her cellphone and start talking on the phone as for the 4th time I'm repeating my order andthen I had a whole line behind me we was all just looking at her as she keep talking on the phone no worries as if she was homewhy in the world am I leaving 17 min later for just an M iced macchiato? Let me start off by saying wow. I never experienced such horrible customer service at a Dunkin . I went to order me a latte this... morning and noticed the lady charged me for 2 wraps that I didn?t order . I go back and tell her that I didn?t order the wrapsand she gets an attitude and rolls her eyes at me I ask to speak to a manger and guess what she was the manger and her name isMolly . First I want to thank LORD Jesus for another day. I like to buy the oatmeal here with fruit and milk with no problems, not all... dunkin location allow you to add milk which it's very disappointing. The few times I bought from this location I had no issues,the customer service is good. Service is a little slow. Food and coffee was fine and place is fairly clean. I thought it was funny but when I asked them for... some extra sauce, one of them rolled her eyes at me like I was doing something wrong haha Read more
