Extremely slow, especially the girl in the front on a Sunday morning! I had to repeat my order 3 times, lack of attention and... hygiene. The Dunkin Donuts there has not been good the last few time's I have gone. The Baskin Robbins I got today though was delicious.... The woman who made the mint chocolate chip milkshake was very nice, & did a great job. WOW! So Good! I definitely would get oneof those again mostly if she made it. Lol. Read more
They moved across the street and the service is even worst. Went to get ice cream one night , sorry we can't sell you any, we... took out the ice cream to cream the inside of the freezer. The ice cream melted and they put in back but was niy sure if theyshould sell it or not. Today went to get a medium tea and glaze donuts. Well, I git a stale donut and a medium coffee. I dontdrink coffee. This is my last time spending my money here. I will walk up to 207 Street where the people are friendly and youget what uou pay for. Read more
3 people working there. 1 being the cashier, & the other 2 making the drinks. It should not take 15 minutes to get one drink... done, & it was not packed when I went in. That Dunkin Donuts could do a lot better. Read more
They take forever to make an order and sometimes will forget that you?re waiting 15 minutes for a coffee, they?ll often get the... order wrong, they are hardly wearing masks, and today the guys working we?re playing BEN SHAPIRO OUT LOUD ON THE MAIN SPEAKERS.Nothing like anti-mask, right propaganda with your coffee and donuts, I guess. I tried coffee on this branch. My expectation that it won?t be a good one as this branch was manned by Indians, (not being... biased) coincided with what was expected. I didn?t even taste the bitterness nor the aroma of the coffee. A small cup costs me$3.00. Beware! When it is manned by Indians, the coffee was mediocre. Maybe, they never followed the ratio of coffee toH2O! When Dunkin? Donuts launched their coffee to the market, it was great that you would love every drop if it. This is a great location. I live two blocks away and can?t start my day without coffee. There is a nice lady there who is... Spanish that always welcomes me by first name. She always is so energetic and happy, it seems to have rubbed off on everyoneelse because they all now greet me with happiness! Read more
