Ordered a small pumpkin latte.. asked him to add oat milk THREE times. When I paid I ask him again, if he added oat milk. He... says why did you not tell me. I said I DID! 3 times in fact! He then proceeded to try to make me pay an extra $1 on a separatetransaction for oat milk because he failed to pay attention. I said no. He added the oat milk anyway, added one star for that,or else I would?ve just asked for a refund and not taken the drink at all. The drink was lukewarm. I asked him to add to myorder a ham and cheese roll up order? FIRST he tried to charge me for 2 (4 total). No. ONE order comes with 2 ham and cheeseroll ups. I don?t work there and even I KNOW THIS.
