I honestly did not want to give any stars but I had to. This is the worst ???? Dunkin Donut. I have ever been to considering... the location and where its located I can't expect anything better but the staff members there are absolutely rude they do notunderstand what you're Ordered or they seem as though they can't read because when you place your order with the cashier it saysit on the screen which you want what and what you have bought. they continue to provide wrong orders and don't listen to thecustomer's request I strongly advise no one to go into the store you will be highly disappointed and Im Pretty sure this is notwhat Dunkin' donuts stand for I honestly think that this location needs to be shut down or they need new staff members. Alsoyou have to climb over the homeless and drug user to get into the store. While waiting in line. Homeless people are begging formoney or food. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If you like your sandwiches your way and want to pay for what you want then this is not the Dunkin for you. It is bad enough... the inflation is hurting the working person. This Dunkin Donuts OVER CHARGES. They charge for meat, eggs and cheese even ifyou want two out of the three on sandwich. The manager does not care about cashiers over charging. Today I ordered a WinterBlend coffee that would of been $2.00 on the app. Cashier charged $2.89 with tax for a regular coffee. I pointed out themistake and she took $.50 out of the tip jar for my refund when it would of been $.71 refund. I guess she thinks I can notcount. I asked for the manager and was told he was outside. He was not outside of the store. Our working person dollars makethese store rich and at the end of the day most store do not appreciate our money. No respect. Read more
Scan these reviews in detail - especially the 4/5 star ones - I don't think they're legit. I've attempted to patronize this... particular location multiple times (gave them multiple chances). Multiple fails. The quality of the food is subpar (stalebagels, cold sandwiches, lack of selection for donuts), the quality of the drinks is subpar (bitter coffee and espresso whichsugar and half and half are used to doctor up), and the quality of the customer service is subpar (no please, thank you,welcome, genuine courteousness or thoughtful service). On top of all that you then must deal with the colorful characters thataccost you for a donation either outside, at the door, or even sometimes when they come inside. This place takes advantage ofthe fact they are on top of the 2/3 train at 125th plus all the buses that cross 125th and the shopping options adjacent to thestore. They literally count on the quantity of people that will pass through - never to return a second or third time. I cannotbe a repeat customer here. Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. when i walked in with my mom she told me they give bad service and to say my order in detail.... When it was my time to order the employees weren?t even working,they were talking and laughing with each other and when ifinally got their attention,i was saying what me and my mom wanted and they weren?t even listening,they were chatting with eachother and kept on giving me dirty looks.when we got our order placed,as we were picking it up my mom told them to add more creaminto her coffee and they were complaining about there wrong job and saying we were giving them a ?hard time?. do not go inthere.it?s such a bad establishment i hope those employees get fired. Surprise to me that this Dunkin? is spot on! The small Spanish woman at the register is just a JOY in the morning and everything... you want when ordering coffee. Like wow. I ordered a beyond patty with nothing on it & a latte and everything was perfect.Outside of dealing with the hustle and bustle & not so pleasant characters In the area this Dunkin is really good.
