Honestly? It's.. Alright. It's not a particularly "oh my god best day ever!" Experience. It's.. just a Dunkin Donuts. I like it... but I don't recommend D'D if you're gonna make large orders. Not alot of seating either. Coffee is good though. Read more
Rude!rude!rude staff ever!!!!! I?ve been there two times. Once they were chatting forever even they recognized me. Today the... staff was doing something and came for help very late. Croissants not fresh several times I ordered them.
My order is never ready when I pre-order, and it assigns an extra number to the order number, which seems to confuse the staff... (and then they blamed me for the error). Additionally, the staff NEVER gets the order right...it is always missing an item ortwo. Read more
On two occasions within the same week I placed a mobile order approximately 5-10 of getting there and when I get there it still... wasn?t ready. On the first instance my order was placed with someone else?s and I was missing two items from my order whichtook another 10 minutes or so to get. The second instance my order was place at 8:39am, I got there at 8:47 and it still wasn?teven ready. This has never happen before so I?m not sure what?s going on but whats the point of ordering ahead when you stillhave to wait so long upon arriving at the store. Read more
