I go in several times a week to get coffee and I have found that the employees are usually quite pleasant - especially Merry.... However, the service is quite lacking. Since I usually get only coffee I've not had a lot of issues, but the *one* time Iordered food, my order got screwed up. Several times I've had to repeat my order because the employee asked what I wanted andthen stopped paying attention. Many times I have seen people in line before me having issues with the service - their orders getmessed up, they get the wrong change, etc. I suggest if you order from here, you pay close attention, speak very clearly, anddouble check what you end up with before leaving. This DD needs to improve their customer service and employee training. Propercommunication with customers is a must. Read more
