Cleanest restroom I have EVER been in! I didn't have a donut or coffee so this is strictly about the facilities. ????

It was a spacious and clean store. Some Dunkins are too small. This one had space to sit and dine. The clerk was nice. No... problems. I got my drink quickly, there really weren't too many guests ahead of me. Read more
They are convenient to the Hunter College community. Also, one of the "inexpensive" places on this side of town. The staff is... not warm and fuzzy. I guess I'm use to it by now since I frequent there quite often. I get what I need and go. Lack of warm andfuzzy reflects by just not contributing to the tip cup. I noticed they were a little friendlier around the holiday time. Hmmmm.So it's possible to give a smile with your change. Typically order the iced tea and they hit the mark all of the time. They are always messing up orders and are super slow. whether it's busy or not, they can not get it together. they need new... staff or more training. I went in as I always do for a medium ice tea lemonade but, I asked for a small cup of ice on the side,and they ended up giving me a small ice tea lemonade. ughhh. and today the ice tea is lacking flavor. and they need more varietywhen it comes to their donuts and muffins.
