Ordered in the store (it wasn?t busy): I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese and I received a plain bagel with... NOTHING!!! Usually I have a good experience here but today was terrible. Placed a mobile order, but when I got there 10 minutes later my... order wasn?t ready. They cleared my order off the screen and didn?t make it. I let the lady know. She didn?t apologize and justsaid ok.
