One of the worst Dunkin's ever. It took them too long to make a bagel while the place is empty, and it wasn't even fresh. I... couldn't even swallow it, so they just took my money for nothing. I ordered a tea and walked out as I was walking I took a sip and it tasted like they added coffee instead of water to the tea. ... I went back and they gave me a good cup of tea. People make mistakes and they did the right thing. Read more

One comes to Dunkin Donuts for mediocre food that is served quickly. The offerings here are just as mediocre as the offerings... at any Dunkin Donuts location. But the store is understaffed, and what staff there is is completely over its head andincompetent. They take forever to fill orders, and then give you the wrong thing. Terrible. Read more
Easy to see right off of 14th street servicing the Lower East side and the adjoining areas of Manhattan. Parking on the... Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonablypriced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back. Read more

Kicked me out from this store simply for charging my stuff making silly excuses telling me that they had to close to clean when... it is 7 pm which is like 3hrs before closing the store . Was arguing about customer are not allowed to stay . Is he dumb orwhat?? Can?t believe that no humanity could be found over here when people need help . The female cashier there with the hijab or shayla, Jen D., was quite rude to me when I tried to order a sandwich. While ordering... I had to ask her a couple of times to repeat herself because I couldn?t hear her well and she gave me an exasperated eye roll???? and sigh. She also mocked a homeless person who came into the Dunkin? Donuts asking for money. And she just mocked thehomeless man?s mumbling and stuttering until he left. I would expect people who work at the cash register to at least becordial and respectful but I got none of that here. I?d give a 0/5 stars if I could. Read more
