I come here everyday for my coffee, very clean and the customer service is great
Bad experience NOT FROM STAFF but FROM MANAGEMENT. I stayed there for a long 40 minutes of waiting until I got the chance to... order and after that the usual 10 minutes or so? The employees were working hard and non stop but the arrangement of equipmentdidn?t favor efficiency and ergonomics. Very tight space and very long line. The dine in area was unused while this luck ofspace made the service so slow. This store just lost a weekly order of a $90. I will look elsewhere. Read more
If I could give less than one star I would went in to get a large peach passion Refresher the person took care of 2 people ... before finally making my tea the tea tasted bitter I asked for a new one and left me standing waiting for over 5 minutes when I ask for a refund he he refused and said they don't give refunds I don't recommend this place 140 delancey st Read more
As a delivery driver it is extremely frustrating when I constantly coming to this store for an order places by the customer only... to be lied to and told that they can't make the ice cream or never got the order to the store and to be told to tell thecustomer that the store is falsely closed. Not only is this unfair to the delivery person who is wasting their time to come theDunkin to receive the order they are supposed to make, the customer suffers since their best interest is not sought out whenthey refuse to make orders just because the staff here doesn't feel like it. They are often rude and extremely unhelpful andupper management should look into this so that customers can get what they order at a faster rate if at all. Read more

I'm already in the store waiting for service to get some fat free vanilla ice cream. This man came in behind me and the cashier... took him first. I went to the lady and said, I was here before he was and you took him before me. She apologized and gave me adiscount. She knew she was wrong. I excepted her forgiveness.???? Read more
As much as I loved the hot chocolate with oreo flavored syrup added the service was not so great. I wish the employee there was... less rude and more polite to customers that come. Over all, products produced are done well and would come back to see ifattitudes are different than my last visit. Read more
The service was not that good, they made my coffee wrong and insisted on convincing me me to take that wrong coffee instead of... making me a new coffee that I wanted and I paid for a coffee that I didn't like! Read more
