I truly think this is one of the best Italian places I know. It was an amazing culinary experience to try this truffle pasta,... perfect portion, homemade pasta. No frills, no reservations, just pasta. Freshly made in the open kitchen. It is a simple affair. Got the cacio e Pepe, gnocchi,... tartufo tagliatelle. Everything was good. Not very complex flavors but I liked the simplicity of the place. Cacio e pepe was aldente and had chewiness of fresh udon. Gnocchi melted in my mouth and the ragu sauce is good. Truffle sauce was creamy and eggy,but not sure if I liked the texture of the tagliatelle as much (a bit pasty). All in all, great place. I would definitely comeback to try other pastas. Read more
