I wasn’t expecting to come to Fusion HK in the first place, when I saw in their outside sign Ceviche I decided to give it a... try, and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint at all, I was welcomed by Gabriel who was very attentive ever since I’ve gotinto the place, I had ceviche mixto and it was awesome, chef’s kiss ????as a Peruvian I really appreciate a good ceviche, andto washed off I asked for a nice cold Peruvian beer ???? Cuzqueña, the ambiance is cute, the service by Gabriel impeccable, hemade great suggestions for my next visit so I’m hoping to visit this place with friends and family soon. Great, affordable bottomless brunch in Hell's Kitchen. The place is small so it fills up quickly. I got the burger which was... super juicy and fries which couldve been cooked a big more but were still good. For bottomless I switch between the sangria andfrozen margarita. I'd have to say the sangria was my favorite but watch out! It'll sneak up on you. Read more
