Excellent place for late night bites and drinks with friends! Our party met at Gina Mexicana after work on Sunday night and... enjoyed delectable margaritas, fajitas, guacamole and tacos! The owner was simply the best! He joined us for a round oftequila shots and we will absolutely return for another round very soon! Read more

Loved the food, and even though we arrived half an hour before they open, they didn't shun us. The drinks were yummy.

The vibe in this place was really cool and the food smells AMAZING when you first walk in and sit down. But my food was really... just ok and I don’t think it was worth what I paid for it ???? I came here to meet a friend for dinner because he was cravingMexican and this place was around the corner from his office. So it was convenient for this venture, but I wouldn’t travel forthis. I had read a few reviews so I kind of knew what I was getting into but I went anyway. We split an order of tacos, thefried calamari, and the elote corn. The Calamari was really delicious and was my favorite dish. I could say confidently I wouldcome back for just this if it were 3 dollars cheaper (we paid 17). The elote corn was good, but at $10, I was expecting the bestI’ve ever had. This was not that. We went with the short rib tacos, and they were good, but the tortilla wasn’t doubled anddefinitely fell apart before I finished mine. Also very expensive for a pretty small portion. The rice it came with wasflavorful but the beans were a bit too salty. My drink was great! I had a caipirinha and it was pretty strong. Some of thesizzling dishes at the tables around us looked fantastic so it could be worth another shot? My friend said that he would comeback, but I would probably not. Read more

This is my second time coming here and again, it was delicious. Last time, I had lobster tacos; amazing. This time I ordered a... chimichanga from the brunch menu. Just as tasty. This spot is a bit hidden behind all the shops on Lex. The place is welldecorated and cute. They have an open back garden that is also very well decorated and spacious. The two times I've visited wasduring work hours so I've never tried their Margaritas/drinks. I look forward to coming back after hours to do so. Service isokay: during lunch, it wasn't very busy- maybe 2-3 other parties and the waiter was not very attentive; seemed impatient. Read more

Quick service, even if impersonal. Food was above average, but piping hot. Corn is delicious, but not sure it is worth $10 for... one ear. Worth it to stop in and see what you think. Read more

Strong drinks, fun and relaxed ambiance on the back patio, and excellent guacamole. This is one of my favorite spots on the... upper east side for a small group happy hour. The service could be better/friendlier. Read more
