Don?t eat here! The owner & staff let rude male customers talk disrespectfully & threaten assault on their female workers. Being... that a few months ago a young lady was killed at work when behavior like this is was present in the workplace is unacceptable.If you can?t respect & keep your female workers safe I highly doubt you?ll do that for female customers who will encounter therude & dangerous men you serve. DO NOT EAT HERE. They serve UNDERCOOKED FOOD & THE OWNER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT IS VERY RUDE. Before heading to work I placed an... Order @ approximately 2:35 today, for Curry Chicken, Rice and Peas with Cabbage. I was satisfied with the attendee who helped mewith my order, they were very good at communicating. I paid about 17.80 for the medium size container. I received 2 dollars andchange back and processed to leave a tip for the ladies in the front. I get to work, & went to eat ate it. ALL THE MEAT WAS PINKAND UNDERCOOKED. I AM OF A CARIBBEAN DECENT AND HAVE BEEN EATING CURRY FOR YEARS. Once I noticed I called in immediately andinformed the restaurant. The OWNER of the establishment then went on to say to bring it back. HOW !? If I am at work DOWNTOWNManhattan !?? I get off by the time of closing. I offered to send the pictures that I will be attaching, he still insists Ibring it back. Mind you, I was given no receipt! Just my change. I told him I can come in tomorrow for a refund. He told me tobring the food with me ????? So I am suppose to keep the food till tomorrow basically. Which is absurd ! Basically if I didn?tbring it with me no refund. Just a weirdo all around. Really an unacceptable why to treat a PAYING CUSTOMER. Probably why it wasempty when I went in there. AS I SAID I AM OF A CARIBBEAN DECENT been eating it for years. NOT 1 piece was cooked through. We ordered 2 small cow foot soup, one had no cow foot just lot of green vegetables and carrots and no dumplings the other had... one small piece. I was very disappointed. This is the second time this happened. If I was closer to your restaurant I wouldreturn it. You lost a customer. Very unhappy. You need to do better by your customers. Read more

I go to Golden Krust when I?m craving Jamaican food. There?s unfortunately not many Caribbean places in Harlem. I went to this... location for the first time. THEY NEED TO RENOVATE AND UPDATE THIS 125th LOCATION. It looks like it has never received a touchup. I?m sure they lose a lot of business due to the places looking like a 1970?s subway station. Do not support this establishment. Management condones gender-based violence against women employees for the sake of profits.... Actually they rewarded a customer who threatened a young, female worker with physical violence by providing him with a freemeal. I will never spend money at this place ever again.
