I have never drunk any boba tea taste as bad as this, super disappointing experience. I ordered lychee oolong tea with foam and... boba. Can?t taste any iced Lychee oolong flavor but like hot water with strong sour and salty cheap syrup, make me want to throwup. I doubted maybe the boba is not fresh because I feel like a stomachache now. Plus the straw split in half and I changed one,the second one still broke into half. God! I?ve been to other gong cha. I had zero issues with them. But this one was awful. I waited over 20 minutes. I get this if a... place is busy, but there were only two customers in front of us. And It tasted like garbage. I couldn?t drink, so I just threwthe whole drink away. I wanted my money back. Read more
From unique teas, icy fruit slushies, & an array of optional add-ons (my fav is the herbal/grass jelly)- Gong Cha's menu has... something for most people! First off, cashier forgot to key in my complete order. They made me go back to the cash to pay for red beans after realizing it... was left out. I found that kinda cheap. Last but certainly not least, the slush was full of ICE CHUNKS. Worst slush I have everhad?anywhere ever. Didn?t seem as if anyone knew what they were doing there. Drinks are great. Customer service is not great. I knew nothing about this place but it seem good to try. I was asking questions... and the guy had such a bad attitude. I don?t understand? If you don?t like your job please leave it and find another, I goeverywhere and greet everyone with respect. Train your employees to do the same because this is such a disappointment. Read more
This specific location is bad. Very unprofessional and borderline racists. Today 6/10/22 6:09pm I cam to order. With 4 people... working the stand & no customers this should have been quick. However no. I stood at the counter of this 10x10 stand for about2min before being acknowledged. While the workers laugh and talk and clearly saw me standing there. Finally a rude girl came totake my order. I explained that i wanted a flavored bubble tea & confirmed again that i wanted bubble tea then i asked aboutsugar immediately she says oh no we don't do extra sugar. I didn't even ask about extra sugar but usually they will ask you howyou like the sugar in your drink anyone that frequents Gong cha knows this. However the rude girl did not & had a problem that iasked about sugar content. Her entire demeanor and attitude was rude and wrong. I wait for my drink more customers are comingnow but they are not black the same rude girl is so courteous to the next customer even asked them what percentage of sugar dothey want in their drinks. My drink is finally done handed to me sealed however it is not the bubble tea that i ordered. I tellthis to the ride girl that took my order and she stands there and laughs in my face so at this point i am frustrated and justasked for my money back for the unopened drink. She tells me she cant refund me or make me what i asked for. She tells me i canwait for her manager. The so called manager comes up gives no name and tells me that they cant refund me for the unopened drinkand i should of confirmed my order which i did. This guy was as rude as the rude employee mind you they have the unopened drinkit is not in my possession. Only when i started recording and asked him to repeat what he said to me did he then give me therefund. Dont shop here especially if you are a person of color they are very rude to people of color. Had a great Taro bubble tea! The pearls were definitely fresh! Supposedly they make them every four hours. They were... definitely not hard. You can totally customize your drinks. From sugar and ice level. Highly recommend this place in FultonStation Read more
Now this might be more about my taste than the shop but I did not enjoy my bubble tea at all. The pearls were tasteless and just... tough to chew while the tea was alright the milk foam was made using powdered milk. Now this was my first bubble tea so maybethis is normal but it wasn't to my taste and came to over $8 and for a drink that seems pretty steep.
