Been looking for a solid local option. Food was very tasty, fried stuff was delicate and not too thick on the dough, flavorful... without being too sugary or salty. And it came very quickly. Read more

Wow, 1st the water served to us was in red and white plastic cups.. there was dirt /filth in the bottom of both cups however in... mine was floating hair. I asked for new water it was still dirty. I asked for bottled water. Then our food came. Pan seareddumplings were ok. The shrimp & peppers (husbands dish) & The spicy shrimp hot pot (my dish) could have been tasty but wasEXTREMELY SALTY. I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN. Read more

Very kind staff! They have a lot of good options for us. I really like their mapo tofu, honey black pepper beef, bamboo tips... with pork, and cold chicken in hot sauce! I am so glad that I tried those dishes from the Grain House, and they were sodelicious! The best thing was that the dishes was not too salty. I did not feel thirsty afterward! Though they are far away frommy place, I will definitely order more from them whenever I crave for good Chinese food! Thank you chefs for the good food! Read more

Dined in here on a Sunday evening as a party of 6. We were one of two parties here, it seems like this place still mostly... operates as takeout/delivery. Upon entering, we were seated by the windows and the staff was very friendly they served us waterin red solo cups. There's a promotion going on right now where you geta plate of free fried dumplings or soup dumplings with a$30 dine in purchase. We didn't know this at first, but the let us know since we had ordered enough food. We got the spicy fishfillet in chili oil, Dan Dan noodles, spicy and sour soup, stir fried green beans, spicy hot pot with fatty beef. Generalthoughts -- the spicy and sour soup was slightly more sour than I'm normally used to, but it was stuffed with veggies. The hotpot with fatty beef was generously loaded with a variety of veggies, although some of the veggies either seemed a littleovercooked or wasn't in the best shape (e.g., squishy broccoli). The star of the meal was probably the fish filet in chili oil, this was also generously loaded with bean sprouts and cabbage. There was rice served with all the non noodle dishes. Overall, great experience with the staff. Food was decent for what you can get in the area. Another tip that I picked up, if you pay incash you can get an additional discount off the total bill! This place is pretty good. The food here is tasty, many different options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Service was... good and we got the food very quickly. The one thing that bothered us it that we had a hair in our appetizer (earwood salad),which was absolutely delicious up until the point we realized there was a hair in it.. Read more

Delicious food, fast delivery, incredibly kind staff. Grew up in Beijing, China and this is the most authentic Chinese food in... NYC after China Blue closed due to the pandemic. Order directly through Mealkeyway to avoid high postmates / Uber eats fees!! Read more

Good Chinese restaurant outside China town. I took my college age daughter and her room mate to this place and we had a feast.... Clean interior, easy to find. Food was great. Price was ok. Everything we had was tasty and the portions were good, too. Onlypet peeves for me was that the food were served in plastic dishes. That made the food look cheap. Also, I prefer to eat foodfrom non plastic dishes especially at a restaurant like this. Read more
