I've gone here once before and had an ok experience. A friend came to town and wanted to do Hookah and have drinks so I thought... Harlem Hookah would be a nice establishment to take her. We arrived after coming from the theater and this rude, scrawny guy atthe door wouldn't let us in saying that "the bar was packed". I looked inside and there were only 8 people at the bar and nomore than 20 people inside the empty establishment all together. I then asked if my friend could use the restroom and heresponds with "you have to make a purchase". How can we make a purchase if you wouldn't even let us in the empty lounge? I wasso disappointed because if it were Starbucks turning a couple of black people away, then it would be a huge deal. I will nevergive this place another dime and will definitely steer people away from going. You would think a place this empty would want tomake money. Read more
The hookah was absolute top quality. They use square coals which is very important. They clean their hookahs very well. You are... not smoking residue from other flavors. They have ice hoses upon request. A huge bonus. Drinks were fantastic. A1 hookah.Thoroughly impressed. Read more
First and last time going here. Although the hookah was nice and strong and tastes great it took FOREVER TO GET IT. The drinks... we mid and again took FOREVER to get them. This place has been around for sometime now and I love seeing black owned placesthrive especially in Harlem but if this is the quality of service to expect in Harlem now I'm upset. I can see the big partyatmosphere but the service and drink quality fell terribly short for me especially seeing the price I paid for three drinks anda hookah. Read more
Music is good but not consistent. Lotta throw back but the vibes switch a lot. The people there are boring lowkey but my group... had fun on our own. Food was okay. Got a free refill on the hookah! Read more

Cute place plays music videos on tv and tiktok music. Haha. Hookah options was on ipad menu, pretty cool. They have variety of... hookah and flavors. Happy hours are on the ipad too. Two nice bathrooms. Personally hookah flavor was ok, i had ice lemon mintadded peach. Didnt taste much. But service waa very good and attentive. Food was filling, i enjoyed the tacos, wish they camewith salsa verde but it was tasty. Drinks were strong. Read more
Kelvin, he is the best bartender I’ve had in New York. If you are in Harlem, come to this place, it is two blocks away from... the Apollo theater. He hooked us up with amazing drinks and a very good hookah. Read more
