Cozy small friendly Italian restaurant. Service is good as is the food although I wasn't keen on the pre prepared pizzette bases... even if they did make them themselves. More like having a pizza made on a pitta bread. Even so it was good. Nice wine list.Worth a visit. Read more

We enjoyed our meals very much. The setting is nice and the staff is friendly but not overly attentive. We were surprised that... there was no bread put out, although that was healthier for us. Disappointing that they didn't offer to put any ground blackpepper on our meals. Read more

I did the three course meal for $34. That was one of the worst chicken marsalas I have ever had. It was a very thick chicken... breast that was extremely dry inside and although the sauce was flavorful it didn't help with the dry chicken. The Caesar saladwas average. The tiramisu was good. The waiter was friendly but service was very slow. Read more

My first time here and I'd come and visit again. It's a comfy small place that has a good service, everything in time and... manners. Good decoration and clean. The food taste like a homemade food, as if your mother or grand mother had cooked it. I hadthe Bolognese and Cesar salad. The first with a particular and genuine taste. I had the wine of the house ( Pinot Noir) and itwas ok. I truly recommend this place. I saw locals and tourists coming an going, maintaining the place packed but with the willto make room for you. Tones of people coming, waiting and going fluidly with satisfying faces. Read more

Nice Italian restaurant. The risotto was very good and so was the spaghetti and meatballs dish. The ceaser salad was just fine.... The key lime pie dessert was very good. Good service and nice atmosphere. Good place to go before or after catching a Broadwayshow. Read more

I had an appointment to get my Flu Shot, at Walgreens on Eighth Ave around Times Square. I decided to find a restaurant, around... that area to have dinner. I saw a big menu board outside of an Italian Restaurant by the name of Il Forno Hell's Kitchen. Therewere certain items on the menu, that I liked, so I decided to have dinner here. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana with a side ofPenne Pasta. I had a glass of Chianti. For dessert I had Tiramisu cake with an Amaretto Disaronno. Afterwards I had a cup ofCappuccino.I really enjoyed having dinner there. As being that Christmas is around the corner, there were two beautifulChristmas trees and the place was decorated with lights, which puts you in a festive mood. The staff is very friendly. The foodthere is very good, thanks to the Chef there. While I was there, there was two guests that had birthdays, so the staff sangHappy Birthday to them. This restaurant makes you feel very comfortable, like you are "Family". I will definitely return thereagain. For those going to the theaters nearby, this restaurant is in a perfect location. Read more
