Worst NYC dining experience all summer. Waiter spent 7 minutes reciting the off menu specials but so fast and with no ability... for patron the grasp. We finally ordered something straight off the menu but with a special pasta. We repeated the type ofpasta three times. Three time he acknowledged. It still came out wrong and the the waiter committed to fatal mistake. He toldus that’s what we ordered. We had already told the waiter we needed to move lively because of an important appointment postlunch. While offering to make a new dish there was no time. Even after asking for the check the waiter returned with an aftermeal sweet and asked about coffee. By then my lunch partner had already departed for his appointment. Still more time andfinally the check. Oh and he made sure I knew he removed the incorrect pasta from the bill like he had gone me a big favor. Itused to be one of my favs many years ago. Read more
We found this little Italian restaurant pure casualty. Hostess friendly. Walk-in with no reservation. Service was wonderful. The... food quality and the portions were AMAZING! Small restaurant but with intensive long list daily specials. plus if you have adish on mind and it’s not on the menu they will prepared for you. The owner was around doing her job. If you are in New YorkCity check this restaurant you won’t be disappointed. Read more
Excellent restaurant. We have been here a few times in the last couple months and haven't had a disappointing dish. The salads... are fresh, appetizers on point, great branzino, perfect steak, good lamb chops, good veal, good chicken parmiagana, good pasta(we always add truffle), impressive wine list and amazing desserts. We had the most incredible meal. Everything was not only delicious but displayed so beautifully! The menu is HUGE! Plus... they’ll make you any Italian dish that isn’t on the menu. We did a dessert sampler and it was delicious! It served all 7 ofus with leftovers. The staff is so kind and lovely! Everyone went out of their way to make it a special one of a kind meal. Weare so blessed and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend, you have to come here if you’re in NYC! ???? Read more
Wow. Wow. Wow. This place is awesome. The staff are over-the-top friendly and welcoming from the second you walk in the front... door. Great food. Great wine list. All-around excellent place. The back dining area is very pleasant and the acoustic panelsbuilt into the wall and the ceiling mean that, unlike like many of the noisy dining rooms of today, you can hear the personacross from you. 10/10 recommend! Impeccable service, strong drinks, great wine selection, and authentically delicious Italian. We had dinner... with another couple, and shared about 12 different dishes between starters and mains, all were exquisite! We left full,satisfied, and smiling. Date. 05nov22 Time. 12pm Awesome vibe inside. Went there for business and my wife and I sat in the back by a fireplace. Staff... was extremely nice and we got to see the owner who was very kind. We had spinach and cheese ravioli which was amazing. We thenhad dessert, cannoli was great, cheesecake was light and airy, pistachio gelato was delicious. Price was notably high, but wellworth it.
