Very cute neighborhood restaurant. Perfect for a date or nice drink and ambience. Music just right, the ambience so cozy and... loving. Outside seating very attractive, specially on a nice weather. Pretty diverse restaurant with a coffee shop, restaurantand bar all in once. After waiting for the Right timing to make it to this restaurant, so long between reading reviews andexploring its website to learn more about it, since I enthusiastically looking for nice local spots, I thought tonight was goingto be the day. Unfortunately they seem to be short of staff, service was extremely slow. Me and my friend stop for a glass ofwine and maybe a snack to enjoy it on the little outside patio set up, which seems lovely. We waited to be seated when therewasn’t a line nor the restaurant were busy. Once I get the hosts/ server attention, we walked out to the table wepicked. Around 10 mins passed for the waiter ( another lady) come around with glass of water and left immediately, trying tocatch up with the order of another couple we were dining in, and they complained about being waiting so long for the other toarrived and it arrived incomplete. The couple were very vocal and fussy about the service as well. We kept waiting for over afew minutes more, at this point ( 15 -20 ) mins, no one has come up to take the order of the drinks at least. We choose toleave. We just wanted a glass of wine and we couldn’t get past a glass of water. I’ll give it my benefit of the doubt, andcome back once more, hoping for the best. Read more

The brunch is incredible. Staff is always friendly, food is impeccable. Café service at counter is always great too; excellent... coffee, iced teas, and baked goods. An incredible asset to the community of Inwood. Read more

Hubby and I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30pm. We made the reservation online. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the... restaurant and its crowd. The service was really fine, not at all as bad as described in some of the other reviews. My hubbymentioned the service was just a bit slower, but to me personally it was truly fine, the waiters showed up when needed and werekind. Hubby had the “honey mule” ($14) and I had the “uptown sangria” ($14) to drink. We shared the “artichokehearts” ($12) and “truffle fries” ($12), both were very yummy! I just bit the artichokes too early and burned my mouth, sojust an FYI to give it some time to cool down first. I really wanted the “country fried mushroom” as my main, but to my badluck they were out, so I substituted for the “eggplant rollatini” ($18) which was delicious btw! Hubby had the “bistrosteak” ($32). He was a bit worried that it wouldn’t be filling, but he ended up feeling satisfied afterwards. He mentionedreally having enjoyed the mashed potatoes and the salad on the side of the bistro steak. We ended with sharing the “breadpudding” for dessert, which was just okay, I won’t order it again, next time I’ll stick to the crème brûlée. Overallwe really enjoyed dining at Inwood Farm and I have to come back to try that “country fried mushroom” as a vegetarian! Weplan on coming for brunch this weekend, so I’ll be updating this review afterwards with more info and pictures. *EDIT* Wecame for brunch on a Saturday at noon (12:30pm reservation) and the vibe was so much fun! It was almost fully packed and thecoffee station had a bit of a line. I had the “matcha affagato” ($9) which was like a cold dessert drink, but it was sooogood and lasted me for the entire brunch. I finally had the “country fried mushroom” ($20) and it was okay taste wise forme. The presentation was beautiful, but it could’ve used a bit more seasoning for my taste. Glad I had it, next brunch I havemy sight set on the “bruschetta buratta t Read more

Location is perfect. Coffee drinks and pastries were good. We planned to have a full meal but it was just too busy and they... didn’t seem to have enough staff, and I get impatient with that kind of thing. Look forward to going back for another try andsit down Read more

Grabbed dinner at the place while attending a cultural even at Inwood Hill Park. The food was amazing, but the drinks were a bit... watered down for $14 I expected More of a kick. Staff was lovely and attentive though. And as stated above food was great. Read more

the food is delicious, the coffee is great and the service is also great. My only complaint is that the servings are terribly... small for the prices. The first time I came I got the biscuits and gravy pictured below. I left feeling nice and full. The nexttime I was back ordered the same dish and it was a significantly smaller portion. Since then and every time I’ve been back ileave still hungry. Read more

A special treat for Sunday walk. Unfortunately we left as the pianist just about to start so missed the whole live music part,... but host/servers are all really kind and we had a wonderful brunch that day. Deviled eggs in my personal opinion is a bit toosalty, but the mains are great! Read more
