Jaques was one of our favorite places to go for drinks or dinner until we went Friday night, October 28 2022. The current... manager was unbelievably rude (bring back Omar). We were sitting outdoors, the night was cool, and he argued with us aboutallowing the outdoor heaters to be turned on. He told us it was too expensive to turn them on. The waiters were also rude. Therestaurant was surprisingly empty and now I suspect I know why. We will never go back until they change managers and turnovertheir staff. Read more
