Terrible Service from manager! I've ordered from here before and really like the pizza had some trouble with the delivery of my... order the night before someone eventually answered apologised told me they're waiting for a driver and then I didnt hear fromthem again so I had to cancel after a long delay. I called today asking if the issue had been rectified as I wanted to ordertonight and the manager got defensive. Told me that could have never happened as he personally was answering the calls and inthe 7 times I called only a woman answered once to apologise. Read more

Very rude person working there, the lady hang up on on me when I complained that the pizza was still not yet delivered (one hour... delay !) and I asked for reimbursement. She didn?t suggest a solution just kept saying he will deliver without taking inconsideration what I was asking for. Read more
My family always considers Jet's Pizza a treat! We have loved every flavor combo, but my favorite is the all veggie one. Crispy... crust, not heavy like pizza hut. We also enjoy the greek salad dressing! Read more
As you can see by the photos, Jet's Pizza is a chain you visit when you want your pizzeria to skimp on ingredients. If this is... the standard by which you judge Detroit style pizza, you have my sympathies because NYC has so many vastly superior examples ofthe style. Nevertheless, while the cheese crisp on the edges is somewhat lacking, the crust is buttery. It's better than adollar slice, but at nearly $4 a pop, it would be criminal if it wasn't. I am not one to write reviews but the general manager was beyond rude. I ordered 2 slices of pizza and he threw them on the... counter and turned around. I asked for a bag and answered ?not giving you a bag?. I offered to buy one and he told me to get outof the store and never come back. Not surprised at the bad reviews I am seeing, and why the place is always empty. If the owneris reading this, it was around 3pm on November 11th, the so called General manager was a fall African American man. I am notexaggerating when I say he was super rude and no one deserves to be spoken to the way I was spoken to. Read more
