The establishment is a little cramped but there was no line at 7:30pm on a weekday. The service is attentive and the food is... served pretty quickly. We ordered the tofu Nanban Buns which had a delicious sauce but the buns were a little soggy. I orderedthe Volcano Tonkotsu and customized to be curly noodles instead of the thin. It was DIVINE. The broth is extremely flavorful andcreamy, the charsu pork was very tender and juicy, the toppings were plentiful, portion sizes are enough to take home.Considering there was a bunch of spicy icons, it was actually not very spicy. They only provide a half of a seasoned soft boilegg. The price point is the downside for me. Very happy with the meal and definitely would come back again. Read more

Delicious ramen, definitely worth it! They don?t do reservations so get early if possible. The place is small but cozy and... Ramens are huge! Read more

Visited here on a Sunday evening and was surprised that it wasn?t busier! Had a really enjoyable experience, we weren?t rushed... at all. Probably some of the best Tonkotsu ramen I?ve had. Very flavorful broth, and ordered some spicy sesame oil on the sideto top my dish. Can?t wait to come back soon! Read more

Great little spot, was very busy even right at 530 when we arrived. My group ordered some apps, drinks, and ramen. About 10... minutes after we were done with the ramen and had just paid; what looked like the owner/manager asked us to give up the table. This turned what was a fantastic dinner into a restaurant i will never support. It's truly a shame since the food was good too.Diner's be aware. Read more

A highlight of our trip, Jin Ramen did not disappoint! We had a few different things, some spicy ramen, a shio ramen and a... salmon rice bowl. I really liked the restaurant for its style, can-do staff, and of course the delicious food. They also had afew Japanese craft beers coming in the mid 7's for ABV. Not bad, but eventually stuck to Sapporo. Read more

Definitely the best ramen place in the US so far. As a foodie I enjoyed this place so much. All the ramens I tried were amazing.... The volcano, tonkotsu and another which I don't remember the name were amazing. The flavors are so diverse, strong and delicateat the same time. You can really enjoy every aspect of it. I would definitely go back and recommend. Worth every penny, whichyou don't have to spend a lot. Read more

Some very good, genuine ramen here. I also was a fan of their buns, green beans, and japanese soda. The spicy tonkotsu was good... but not very spicy, so good thing they provide extra spice on the side at tables. The ramen was great but doesn't stand above acouple of my other favorite Manhattan ramen spots: Tonchin and Ivan. However there is a wide variety of ramen offered here thatI don't see at many other places which is nice. Also I love the atmosphere here! I'll be back to try their different ramenvariations for sure. Read more
