Too bad I can't give one star. The short light-skinned or bi-racial boy (dark hair) making the sandwiches was extremely rude and... unprofessional. Upon arrival I noticed him rudely say to a customer "No turkey, order something else". Then another customercame up to ask why his sandwich is taking so long and your employee threatened to punch him in the face. I remained quiet andwaited patiently for my order to be prepared. After waiting for more than 30mins, my order was finally ready. He then yelled outmy name and slammed the sandwich on the counter as he had been doing to other customers. After I picked up my sandwich from thecounter he then turned around to yell at me and asked if I was stealing the sandwich. I wish I could give no stars. The tall boy, with the blonde hair that works there, is rude as hell! I?m asking him a question... about how to use the gift card I had on my account, and instead of him being helpful, he was just rude, and condescending. Ifyou can?t talk to people nicely, you shouldn?t work in customer service! Read more

I ordered the herb tonic for pickup. The herb tonic signature juice contained turmeric, ginger, pineapple, red bell pepper,... black pepper and apple. My order was ready in about 15 minutes from the time that I put in the order. When I picked it up, mydrink was prepackaged in a pink paper bag at the front counter. This seemed like a nice place to get some work done, since itwas very empty at 6:00 p.m. There was also outdoor seating available. There was some bar style seating, and some chairs andtables. The chairs were made out of cloth and seemed a little bit dirty. The juice itself was pretty good, the pineapple andapple really helped sweetened up ingredients that are not naturally sweet. Poorly run business. Employee was in the back- no one was at the front of the store? Also, they were out of drip coffee and did... not even ask me if I wanted to wait until they brewed some. This is a coffee place after all ? don?t think I was acting for toomuch. This coffee shop is in a great location and could do better overall. Read more

Very poor experience. Just entered Joe & Juice (May 17th, 8:15). The bar was completely empty. I patiently waited for 5-10... minutes before the barman (in a very arrogant way) told me (mumbling) that he is not accepting orders on the counter. Asked forexplanations (why did he make me wait for 10 minutes before saying it? which app should I use?) barman continued with his poorattitude (refused to answer). The place is very nice, food/drinks looks great, service was (incredibly) poor. Read more

Two things about this place: They do not accept cash. This is indeed illegal in NYS as of November 2020. To make matters... worse, the male cashier was rude and delusional. First, he denied that it was illegal to not accept cash, stating the decisionwas still ?pending?. After calling 311, this was confirmed as incorrect. His next excuse was that Joe and the J is anindependent business so for some reason it does not have to abide by the laws of New York State. This fellow is clearly the typeof person to make up reasons on the go. I offered to Venmo one of them, if they just use their card. Got a flat out no. Protip - if you are conducting illegal activity at a business, you should try to keep the customer happy at the veryleast. Otherwise, said customer might call 311, might make a complaint with consumer affairs, might send in a report, andmight never go back to that location. But who knows who would do that lol. Definitely won?t come back here. I came in and ordered an açaí bowl and tipped. I asked if I could use the restroom, the guy... behind the counter said I needed to download the App, which I did while waiting for the bowl. I then said I have to app how do Ido this? He said I need to order through the app. WTH? I just ordered and paid for my bowl. Then he said the picture is on thedoor. So I went out and looked. Nowhere does it indicate this. What a waste. I understand in times of Corona that we need to besafe, but that?s a crock if you are offering to paying customers. Then let them use it. OR have more clear signage. Read more

I have visited this location many of times after others and it has become my favorite Joe and the juice location . Theirs an... employee Dream Rich who makes the meals come alive here . I noticed even with this specific employee working alone on a highvolume evening he is sufficient and the passion shows during consumption. I don't know his name but he is uniquely known for hishand crafted outfits and accessories. Coming to this location it is very clean , the music is welcoming and flowing , it getsthe body moving and ready to complete what you've planned. The energy is amazing. Dream rich, is definitely highly recommendedfor his A+ CSR . To your suggested recommendations, he respectfully and tastefully made recommendations and welcomes you to hisconversation.
