Very quick and efficient. Staff were very friendly and the place was super clean.
WAY overpriced? salad is SO mediocre. The lady put little to no effort into mixing the salad well?idk why she even came in to... work looking so miserable. I added chicken to the chipotle cowboy salad, and she didn?t even ask which type of chicken I wanted.She just added some stale breaded chicken, plus their toppings already looked wilted and it was just 12:30pm?..Just horrible 1stexperience. I didn?t have another option of decently healthy food to eat walking distance to my job and thought I?d give it atry. Should?ve just fasted and not eaten at all. This is my second day at this location I have been to several locations of just salad but like yesterday today I notice again... the salad was not as chillled as usual as the mushrooms and tomatoes and the cucumbers were not either as a matter of fact theywere going bad all the tomatoes cucumber and mushrooms the taste and sogginess is not good for being charged $15 I expect tohave a decent salad I couldn?t eat what?s in the photo please get better management of this location Read more

Highly disappointed , I?m a regular Customer at just salad . But this precise location at 233 Broadway has a double standard, i... was the only black person and the only person they ask for a vaccine card just to order and I was refused service although Ijust needed to order to go . Another customer of another complexion walk in with out mask had no problem ordering and was notasked the same interrogating questions I was asked. I Will not eat here ever again. Friendly staff and super fresh ingredients. I like how they do seasonal specials. One of my favorites is the kale, Brussels slaw... with Parmesan cheese - it?s delicious! And the honey roasted walnuts as well. They do avocado toasts too - the bread stays notsoggy even after bringing it back to the office . Read more
This place is way overpriced, even for the area. A Barbacoa bowl was $12 after tax and for that I got a tiny amount of chicken... (literally two bites) and a handful of greens. This plate is barely worth $5. It did taste good at least, but not enough to geteven a second star. Read more
Let me just start by saying the atmosphere was so welcoming even though it was the lunchtime rush. But Mariah!!!!!! OMG THE THAI... CHICKEN SALAD WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! This was my first time ever eating at Just salad and with the service she provided I willbe coming back. She had a smile that lit up the room and she put that right into that amazing salad. She was so helpful andpatient and I definitely needed that after the day I was having. So thank you for your A1 service.
