After being a long-term loyal customer I have finally given up on this place! There have been multiple times when my delivery... simply did not arrive. No one got in touch with me from customer service. My food simply did not arrive yet they chargedme. I?ve had to chase down customer service just to get a refund on several orders that never arrived. Customer service wasdifficult to get a hold of. Impossible to get on an actual phone call. Text message only. The general attitude of customerservice is F-you if you didn?t get your food: we still charged you. Honestly, the weirdest customer service. Surly andrude. This was not a one time occurrence. This is happened multiple times over the course of the last few years. Orders notarriving at all. Incorrect order. Missing items. Etc etc. I?m still waiting for a refund on the last order that never arrivedfrom them. I had to contact my credit card company for them to invalidate the charge. When I asked for some type of credit theyoffered me $5.00. I basically told them they could keep their five dollars and I would be taking my business somewhere else.$5.00 does not make up for a missed meal for me and my family. In this day and age you would expect better customer servicefrom such a huge company. If they had offered me an entire meal on my next order I probably would?ve stayed but the five dollarswas just an insult. Unfortunately it?s not just this one location. although staff is very nice. i start to wonder . while you are cutting into the chicken and you realize its tough. why would... you put that in a salad. because if the knife doesn't cut through it what you think my teeth would. love yall but your chickensucks sometimes. Read more
I walked into the store to buy a salad roughly 15 minutes ago at the 100 maiden lane location in NYC. The man that was working... that I believe was being trained was really kind, but the lady that was on shift when I entered around 1:15pm EST today on8/6/22 was extremely rude. When I first walked in with my girlfriend the lady already sounded angry and we were the onlycustomers in the store. We then asked if a substitution of a sauce was possible and she didn't respond whatsoever. When we gotto the area where sauces are added, I asked again because she had not responded. She then proceeded to give me an irritated lookand angrily said "you already asked me that". I get that we have low expectations in the service industry in NYC as far ashuman decency, but I'm appalled that I consistently get treated like this at this location and there's absolutely no reason tobehave this way towards others when they are being normal/nice people. First time at this location and, even though there are many similar options even closer to my apt, I will be back. Ordered the... Keto in store and now eating at home. Even though I came 30 mins before they closed, everything is fresh and delicious. The tallwoman with short hair who helped me was unbelievably fast (literally I think under a minute) but also did everything neatly,correctly, and courteously- was super impressed and, even with generous tip, it was cheaper/better than sweetgreen. MINUS 4 stars for Horrid treatment form manager who berated me for ten minutes when i asked for 4 salad dressings after ordering... $100.00 worth of salads for my work! Nobody liked their salad because there was not enough dressing to reach the middle orbottom of salad. Instead of just giving me salad dressing, the manager argued with me ten minutes that it was added to salad!!!She kept repeating herself and wasted 10 minutes of my 30 minute break! I said "Please may I have more dressing" but she keptscolding me!! I will NEVER EVER eat here again in my life and will tell everyone at my job and public how the manager scolded mefor TEN MINUTES, after paying $100, instead of just giving me salad dressing for the staff!!!!! There are a LOT of business thatwill appreciate being supported without being so RUDE and MEAN!!!!The manage needs courtesy training!!!!! Friendly staff, and the place is well kept. My first time at this location and I was offered a reusable bowl for only $1 and... received you free toppings. It was a great deal and all Ingredients tasted fresh. Will be back again! Read more
