Great place, yummy food and good prices. I got the crispy chicken poblano salad with a substitution of cucumber instead of the... onions and it was amazing, but what I loved the most was the great customer service provided by Patricia, make sure whenvisiting just salad in the Chelsea location she takes care of your order, you won?t regret it, she will make your salad with thebest smile ever and makes you feel like you?re home and taken care good. Idk what I did but the cashier/server was rude. She rolled her eyes when all I did was pick a salad on the menu . When she... handed it to me she slammed it on the counter. I wanted to dine in to enjoy my salad, but she made me feel so unwelcomed so Ileft and just ate outside. Don't think I'll be getting food here again and I suggest you look elsewhere too. Read more
The app defaulted to the wrong location that was similarly named to the location close to me and not only was I offered over $10... less in credit, my number was blocked from sending follow up messages to your guest relations. Your staff said this happens allthe time and they recommend disputing with my bank. This is ridiculous for a salad I couldn't go pick up. The reviews for yourapp also point out this happens often. Terrible experience. I will not be using the almost 50% less in credit you offered me asI will not be returning to your locations and I also recommend that no one else does either until they fix their awful app andterrible customer service. First I want to say I love this place. The food and service is always good. I was there recently and I found an infected band... aide in my salad!!! I am beyond furious!! I frequent this Just Salad and am familiar with the manager Sade as she introducedherself to me one day. Well today she prepped my salad and didn?t even apologize about her infected band-aide in my salad. Assomeone who handles food for the public gloves should have been worn since she?s got an open wound on her hand. I?m not sure ifI?ll ever confidently dine here again knowing she?s present. Read more

Way better customer service here than the one located on 6th ave. Although they do try to rush you, they do so politely rather... than rudely. I never wait too long to order my food too which is great! I love how Just Salad switches from plastic bowls tocardboard!! Definitely more environmentally friendly than their disposable plastic. For $1 more you can get one of their plasticreusable bowls too ???? Read more
Great spot and location. This is the place to get a fresh salad. Staff very friendly. The store was clean and organize. No... waiting on line at all. They have a very healthy menu. Besides salad they have fresh cold press natural juice, protein goodiesand smoothies. I totally recommend this spot. Read more
