Reviews for Koko Wings in New York, NY
Ordered late night via UberEats and the food was great! I thoroughly enjoyed the wings. I did not particularly like the salad I... think they were made of canned produce so not fresh and tasted a bit odd. Read more
Sad to say Koko Wings has gone wayyyyy down hill :( the soy garlic lunch burgers are usually super crispy and come with arugula... and veggies- today they were supper disgusting- see for yourself- slathered in mayo and just wet and gross. I could not eat morethan one bite. The fries were also completely undercooked. I really really really loved to order this exact dish for lunch so Ican?t emphasize my disappointment. Waste of $22 ended up eating cup of noodles for lunch, so wanted to warn y?all to save yourtime and money. I ordered directly from their website so can?t blame uber. Read more
Stopped by for dinner. The wings were my favorite. I enjoyed them I could have used a bit more soy garlic sauce on my soy garlic... wings but overall the wings were good and fried to perfection Read more
Ordered via DoorDash. I ordered the 6 piece chicken strip and I didn?t live too far so I knew the chicken would manage to stay... at least somewhat crispy. What I got, though, was this under bartered/bread-crumbed, spottily sauced, sad, thin strips ofchicken. Took a bite to see if would be good despite how it looked, and unsurprisingly it was just dry pieces of chicken withtoo little seasoning and no texture. Read more
This restaurant is a gem!! Wow!???? It?s tiny and decorated very nicely. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and very... helpful! I had this place twice on my trip in NYC. And I don?t regret it! The first time I ordered the sweet potato fries andthe spicy chicken bibimbap on the hot stone! It was so amazing I forgot to take a picture! Then the second time I order thewings. I had the original crispy and the soy garlic wings both of which were delicious and very crispy! I highly recommend thisrestaurant! Read more
been going to this wings place for awhile already though decided to review it this time around. its a bit of a walk (a mile one... way) but am able to shop for other stuff along the way and it ends up as trek as am lugging a lot.. except for one instance, usually take out the food at koko wings. when I do, I go for the combo wings and drumsticks. I know there are a lot of otherchoices on the menu but I think they highlight their wings for a reason. also, there are a few ways you can get the wings(combo)though highly recommend the soy garlic mix. after that you also get a complimentary small dish and I usually get the kimchicoleslaw which has a nice kick to it. So, how are their wings and drumsticks? Delicious! One may be even tempted to get a muchlarger order the next time around. I know the Korean fried wings have become a fad and there are more than a few placesespecially if you are in that are in the west side mid-30's but these Koko wings are certainly a must have if ever you are inthe Upper West Side. I was excited to try this spot out but the service was ?ok? and the food was ?eh?. I didn?t really taste much of the seasoning... in any of the wings. A small combo plus edamame for $30 ?? I?m good. Random $5 tip added (before they knew I wanted to dine in)would preferably like to be aware next time. Read more
