I don?t usually give bad reviews but I think it needs to be addressed, while i love their donuts, customer service is really... disappointing at this place ????. Me and my family were trying to decide on how many donuts or what flavors to get, seems likethey?re annoyed we?re taking our time and didn?t even hide the eye roll ???? Sorry couldn?t decide the fastest, good thingdonuts were delicious or this could easily go downhill. Read more

I Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the Staff at Krispy Kreme on 86st.. the ( Manager on Duty, the Young lady and... Gentleman.. you Guys are Awesome, Super Chill and friendly ???? I was definitely digging the dope customer service this morning. Read more

Very rude girl working there served me sept 10 at 6:30 pm. She would not even let me pick the donuts I want until I paid and... once I paid I asked to choose and she would not let me pick. Then tossed the donuts at me. Read more

One thing I love about Krispy Kreme Donuts is that they are soft and fresh and unfortunately that?s not what I got from my last... visit. So disappointed to go home and bite into the donut and it was hard and stale. Read more

Amazing experience! They?re always so nice. Today, the guy working beckoned us in as we eyed the signage outside showing the... special July 4th flavors. We took the bait and came in - and he told us we got free donuts for our red, white, and blue outfits!He totally didn?t need to do that and we wouldn?t have been the wiser! Such a nice gesture - and not the first at this and manyother NYC locations. They?re always so helpful and generous. We?re happy customers! Read more

I went to Krispy Kreme today and showed the cashier a coupon. While I was being served, another Krispy Kreme employee walked up... to stop the transaction and said "that coupon isn't accepted here". As I was walking away the cashier said "oh, he almost gotaway with it". How rude is this when just two days ago I used the same coupon (a dozen for $5.99) in the exact location. Istarted to respond because the coupon didn't state that it was invalid in NY. This is either false advertising or employeesdon't know their job. What a waste location of such a good brand. 3/10/22, around 1 pm. Upper east side branch, 1276 Lexington ave. NY. As I come in, the staff named "Aubrey" looked disgusted... already when I was choosing the donuts, I asked politely to have 4 mini donuts, mentioning pink & green (meaning the color ofthe sprinkles), then he/she screamed asking "Green? Since when we had green?!" then laughed towards his co worker. As he grabbedthe donuts w/o care tossed to a small paper bag, I asked nicely if it's possible to put in in a small box (so that it will bepresentable as my 1st treat to my kids from my new job since I had them). He said that we can't put minis in a box, I asked if Ican for my kids. She dumped all minis inside the box, ruining the icing of the donuts. Then he yelled at me: "how many more areyou gonna buy?" rolling his eyes and putting his hands on his waist! I ordered additional 4 regular donuts also tossed the otherdonuts in the box w/o care. He continued to belittle me saying: "We are doing you a favor, we don't put those donuts in a box,we will have to charge you!" I felt so bad being treated like that, I just wanted to bring home their favorite donuts in goodshape that's why I asked to be placed in a box, since they were recovering from sickness. As I checked out to another staff,Raymond and said thank you. Ashley could've said nicely that he/she will have to charge for the box, which I will comply. Thelevel of rudeness was unimaginable and how he belittled me just because of I am a small asian lady in a big city. I have neverexperience this level of rudeness in my life living here in NY. Staff acted like if they were doing me a favor, maybe because it's Sunday evening. I've ordered two turkeys and one came messed... up... Like come on, could you at least give me the second leg please. Read more
