Extremely understaffed, No concern what so ever to offer quality customer service. I?ve called for delivery multiple times and... explained my order with precise directions. Being that I?m highly allergic to shrimp. I?ve stated in my order that I do not wantshirt in my fried rice being that I?m allergic and 3times I?ve received shrimp in my meal. Great restaurant with great combos and good customer service, very attentive with the refills and making sure your having a... satisfied dining experience. The food is all very tasteful and well done it?s very delicious, they never disappointed me afterall the times I dined here with friends and family. Tasty food. Nice sit down area. The servers and owners speak fluent Spanish. However, as others have mentioned, the food is... very pricey for what other Chinese places offer. Food was good. Not somewhere I would go often, but worth checking out at leastonce. Portions are good. I personally wasn?t too impressed by the Latin-Chinese fusion offerings. Nothing really unique. It isno different from the normal Chinese places in the area and offer the same items, just on the menu there are Latin plates andsides, which can easily be found also in the area. Read more
The food wasn't good at all. I ordered sesame chicken which is normally a light golden sweet tastes. This just taste like... bootlegg general tso sprinkled with seasame seeds. Worst food i ever had... i order garlic sauce chicken with broccoli and asked for very light on the sauce. I was given a plate... that look like i order a soup and didn?t taste like garlic sauce and also the food is very pricey for the quality. Avoid thisplace not worth your money Read more
I ordered over the phone the guy tells me 10 min I get in my car because Im in the Bronx head to the restaurant in the heights... for them to tell me he never put my order in I heard him when he told the lady oh yea he called so she places my order and makesme wait 20 mins to then give me my order and the tostones tasted like old oil and were sawgy my beef Szechuan was all vegetablehad three pieces of beef and charged me 16$ for food that wasn?t even made right the old man has no customer service skills atall the lady was nice but poor service and made me wait I wanted to walk out and leave the food but I didn?t want them to wastea plate but I should of because it was not good at all horrible experience.
